With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gail A. Van Dusen (Newark, New York), born in Sodus, New York, who passed away on April 18, 2022 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel DeRue and Necia DeRue (Seager); her parents-in-law, Evelyn (Provard) and Harold Van Dusen; her brother Paul; and her sister-in-law Barbara DeRue.
She is survived by: her husband John Van Dusen; her brother-in-law Tim DeRue (Pamela); and her siblings, Michael (Elaine), Thomas (Kathryn), Douglas (Sue), Daniel (Barbara), Reginald (Dawn), Ronald (Elizabeth), Andrew (Robin), Jeffrey (Deborah) and Linda Low (Peter). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, an extended family whom she adored, and dear friends.
