He is survived by: his daughters, Erika Powell (Hakeem Shorter), Kierra VanCleaf, Mystique Myrthil, Chrishanda VanCleaf (Darion Jones), Jade Ruetz, LeeAngel Beebe, Lilliana Barber and Ellie LeClaire; his grandchildren, Anaiya, Rashaad, Raiden, Kamiyah, Sasha and Kyrie; his godson Quinton Kizzi; and his siblings, Michael VanCleaf, Wanda Burgos and Alicia Munuz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
