She was predeceased by: her daughter Elizabeth Gonzalez. She is survived by: her children, Sonia Martinez Rhoden and Joseph Vega, Sr.; her grandchildren, Sabrina Mendez, Adam Christopher Joseph Soto, Andrew Soto, Alexis Joelize Soto, Catherine Vega and Joseph Vega Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Addison Palko, Riley Marrero and Skyler Marrero.

A graveside service was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery (22-21 Maple Ave, Fair Lawn, NJ 07410).
