He is survived by: his parents, Joseph M. Kowalczyk and Cynthia Kowalczyk (Mitchell); his sons, Nicholas Mark Kowalczyk and Matthew Christopher Kowalczyk; his brother Joseph Kowalczyk of Latham, NY; his fiancée Danielle Hitti of Montreal; his sister Kristen; his brother-in-law Mark Bailey of Winona, MS; his uncle Andrew S.; his aunts, Shirley Kowalczyk of New Hartford, Elizabeth Gunther of Syracuse, Alicia Martin and Melissa Heath; and his former wife Judy Kowalczyk of Clinton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
