She was predeceased by: her father Frank Pantola; her husband Joseph C. Blaszczak, Jr.; her son Allan Blaszczak; and her siblings, Mary Sinnott, Helen Smith, Rita Milewski, John Allen, Casimer Pantola, Frank Pantola and Joe Pantola.
She is survived by: her children, JoAnn Blaszczak and Joseph Blaszczak (Deanna Circelli); her granddaughters, Jacqueline Blaszczak (John Geissinger) and Mallory Blaszczak; her great grandchildren, Parker, Jack and Chloe; and her sister Charlotte Cotter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
