He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Moskal and Carolyn Moskal; and his siblings, Edward Moskal, Barney Moskal, Helen Czepiel, Mary Ward and Susan Burke.
He is survived by: his wife Eleanore; his children, Chester Jr. Moskal (Cheri), Peter Moskal (Joanne), Michele Gydesen (Dave), Susanne Cloute (Bill), Juliann Ashcroft (John) and Mary Beth Cappelli (Frank); and his friends, Wally Marcinkiewicz and Don Van Waes. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
