He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Quinn, Sr. and Edna F. Moroney-Quinn. He is survived by: his wife Debra Retta-Quinn; his brother Harold Quinn, Jr. (Lynn) of Elmsford, NY; his cousin Dennis Moroney; and his pets, Millie and Clancy. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews; many cousins.
