He is survived by: his wife Ida Maldonado; his children, William, Jose, Maria, Teresa, Imelda and Mercedes; and his grandchildren, Maria, Jessica, Katelyn, Christopher, Jack, Tyler, Sophia, Julia and Laura.

The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Guillermo's memory.
