He is survived by: his wife Linda Bruning; his children, Robert S. Bruning (Monica), Beau of Irving, TX and Viki Tolson (David); his granddaughters, Caroline and Lillian of Waxhaw, NC; and his sister Suzanne Bruning (Duczeminski) of New Paltz, NY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
