He was predeceased by: his parents, Meade Waugh and Margaret Seabold Waugh. He is survived by: his wife Katharine Adair Waugh of New Paltz; his son Rowan Waugh (Dena Jaquillard) of Playa de; and his sister Caroline Waugh Wyatt of Amelia Island, FL..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 163 Main St, New Paltz, NY 12561.
