He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Capuano and Barbara Capuano (Opperman); and his siblings, Charles, Dorothy Zarcadoolas and Emma Salavec.
He is survived by: his son Ryan; his wife Doris Dietz; and his siblings, Jimmy, Bill (Beverly), Barbara Suter, Patricia Thietje, Ginger Martin (Richard) and Sandra Capuano. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests that donations in Jackie's name be made to either St. Jude's Research Hospital or to the charity of one's choice.
