He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Marie; his children, Eugene, Bruce (Linda), Kenneth (Ellen), Jamie (John), Craig (Caroline) and Nancy (Richie); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brittin, Ryan, Lauren, Christine, James, Danielle, Ashley, Paige, Vanessa, Kimberly, Craig and Danny; his former wife Joan; his stepchildren, Allie (Barb), Donna, Laura (Tommy), Maureen (Ralph) and Deidre; his grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Marshall, Alan, Kaitlyn, Harry, Max, Fiona, Molly, Zoey and Duncan; and also Wayne. He was also cherished by his children's and grandchildren.
He served as a board member of the Lieutenants Benevolent Association for many years, only retiring in his 90's due to the pandemic.
