He was predeceased by: his parents, William Warner and Audrey Donovan. He is survived by: his siblings, Bill and Kimberly; his wife Dolores Warner (Palmer); his children, Denise Giordano (Tom), Paul Warner (Jenny) and Kim Otruba (Rob); and his grandchildren, Thomas, Joseph, Matthew, Jake, Caroline, Robert and Chloe.
