William Davis Evans Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Davis Evans of Naples, New York, who passed away on February 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Earl Evans and Helen Evans (Beam); his wife Lorna Grant; and his sons, David Evans of Cohocton, N. Y., John Evans (Tammy) of Cohocton, N. Y. and Mark Evans (Melissa) of Hornell, N. Y.. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; also several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Calling hours are 1-3 p. m. Saturday (Feb. 6, 2021) at the Avoca Funeral Home, 22 N. Main St., Avoca, where a memorial service will be held following calling hours at 3 p. m. THOSE ATTENDING THE CALLING OR SERVICE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACE MASK AND USE HAND SANITIZER AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING AFTER ENTERING THE FUNERAL HOME.
