Ruth Egenes Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Egenes (Nanuet, New York), born in Bay Ridge, New York, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Kenneth Egenes (Linda), Linn Susan Neretich (Bruno) and John Egenes (Lisa Albarelli); her grandchildren, Derek, Christina, Karina, Olivia and Dane; her great grandchild Christian; her brother Thomas Hodne (Ruth); her parents, Thore Hodne and Regina Hodne; and her close friend Sverre Egenes. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

Ruth Egenes went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, November 8th, 2020, after a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
