Leonard R. Kurisko Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 25, 2024, at the age of 95, Leonard R. Kurisko of Nanuet, New York, born in Haverstraw, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kurisko and Frances Kurisko; his wife Doris; his siblings, John'Buddy'Kurisko, Frances'Sissy'Kurisko and Kenneth Kurisko; and his granddaughter Jenny Kurisko Schultz.

He is survived by: his children, Mary Alice Kurisko, John (Charmaine Kurisko), Robert (Jeanne Kurisko Redmond), Michael Kurisko, Donnell (Patricia Kurisko Hire), Leonard (Marcia Kurisko), Jamie (Kelly Kurisko), Mark (Kara Kurisko) and Bill (Mary Knoll Kurisko); and his brother Richard. He is also survived by his nine children, seventeen grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to United Hospice of Rockland County, New York.
