He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Miele and Anna Miele (Grando) of Nanuet, NY; his wife Helen E. Stoddard; his brother Louis Miele; and his brother-in-law James W Stoddard.

He is survived by: his friend Bardonia; his children, Kathleen Graziano (Miele) of Nanuet and James Jr. (Lucy) of River Vale, NJ; his grandsons, Matthew (Rachel), Nicholas and Christopher; and his sister-in-law Mary Sullivan Stoddard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Because of the CoVid 19 Pandemic, the Funeral Home will be adhering to Social Distancing protocols, everyone is required to wear mask though out the visitation.
