She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Sr. Katz and Mildred Hathaway Katz; her brothers, Edward Katz and Joseph Katz; and her sons-in-law, Tom Nolan, Joe Calo, Gurney Curtis and Edward Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Marina Nolan, Diana DiMarzio, Andrea Calo, Angela Curtis, Marisa Heisler (Tim), Regina Nadal (Gerard), John E. DiMarzio and Darren DiMarzio; and her brother Lawrence Katz. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Viola's name may be made to Roscoe Central School District, Monticello Central School District, St. Peter's Church in Liberty or St. Peter's Church in Monticello.
