Baldwin of Monticello, New York, born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James T. Baldwin and Rose Kelly Baldwin; her cousins, Robert Kelly and Richard Kelly; her aunt Kay; and her uncle Thomas Kelly.
She is survived by: her cousins, James (Pat) and Bill (Mary Anne) of Tom Kelly, T. K.
