He was predeceased by: his mother Marion Haas Mapes; and his sisters, Louise Gale, Ellen Price, Patricia Bernhardt and Susan Jahn.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn (Stacy), Bobby (Nancy), Stacey, Joey (Michelle), Andy and Caitlin (Jordan); his grandchildren, Justin (Amanda), Sara, Michael Dean, Dylan, Haley, Tyler, Stefan, Noah, Joey, Bella and Violet; and his brother Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Monticello Fire Department or to the Monticello Elks Lodge No. 1544.
