He is survived by: his wife Dawn Lyons Miller; his sister Marilyn Betters (Roger); his cousins, Shelly Fogel of Oakland, Karen Litvack (Joe) of Delray Beach, FL and Alan Polsky (Linda) of Spotsylvania, VA; his friends, Don Foster, Chris Sutton, Les Hyde, Paul Lounsberry, Otto Schembeckler, Chris Hummel, Kathy Beseth and Jim Manzi; and also, Jacki Roth (Bob), Andrea Stock (Warren), Marissa Goldsmith (Stephen) and Lauren Mudd (Jay).
A memorial celebration is being considered after the Covid restrictions are lifted.
