He was predeceased by: his parents, James Pondexter Allen and Sallie Jetson Allen; and his siblings, James Allen, Harrison Allen, Wyan Rochelle Allen, Annie Allen Bolden and Leona Allen.
He is survived by: his siblings, Band, Cecil Allen and Virginia Allen Smith of Monticello, NY.; his children, Sharon Pratt (Gregory), Oswald Lee Allen Jr. (Butch), Todd Davis and Earl Allen; his grandchildren, Delisia, Shirkela, Chardae Dean, Gwendolyn Fuller, Jamil and Jamal Davis; and also, Myrtle McKinney, Patricia McKinney, Anthony McKinney (Janine) and Kendra Williams (Pierre). He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
