He was predeceased by: his father Jorge Salcedo Hinostroza. He is survived by: his mother Yolanda Alarco Basto; his wife Zilda Salcedo; his children, Jorge Salcedo (Paola) of White Lake, NY, Elva Milisauskas (Stephen) of Mongaup Valley, NY and Janette Salcedo of Lima; his stepdaughter Miryea Gavlez Baldeon (Mirko Ibarra) of Huancayo, Peru; his grandchildren, Joshua Garcia, Nicole Salcedo, Samira (Eduardo Ibarra), Isaac (Sofia Salcedo Nohelia) and Diego (Jazmin Salcedo); and his siblings, Martha Kraft (Horand) and Luis Salcedo (Irene). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Social distancing guidelines set forth by the New York State Department of Health will be in place; a limit of 10 visitors at a time will be allowed in the funeral home and facemasks are required at all times.
