It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hattie V. Higgins of Monticello, New York, who passed away on July 26, 2022, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Anthony (Maurice); her sons, Timothy Rodgers (Priscella) of North Carolina, Titus Bridges (Michelle) of Monticello, Tyrone Bridges (Judy) of Delaware and Telly Bridges (Nicole) of New Jersey; and her siblings, Reggie Godley (Andrea) of Liberty and Eva Godley of Monticello. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
