He is survived by: his siblings, Clifford Bickham, Jr., John Bickham (Samantha) of Monticello, NY, Willis Bickham (Yvette), Irwin Bickham of Rochester, NY, Glen Bickham (Rose) of Severn, MD, Ralph Bickham, Aaron Bickham of Glen Burnie, Maryland, Chris Bickham (Trina) of Loch Sheldrake, NY, Angenette Bickham and Vera Bickham (Joey) of Monticello, NY; his nephew Glen Bickham, Jr. (Sham) of Rochester, NY; and his great-uncle Bishop Leon C. Walker of Syracuse, NY. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
