Parslow of Mohawk, New York, born in Utica, New York, who passed away on September 6, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William H. and Clara Parslow (Souder); his wife Eleanor B. Jacquays; his siblings, Robert Parslow (Eileen), Sylvia Kabana and Olie Lawson (Grace Farrell); his parents-in-law, David (Jane Jacquays), Georgiann Jacquays and Jeanine Jacquays; his friend Joyce Ray; his pets, Peaches and Ryder; his siblings, Rosalie Parslow, Franklin, Edward, Richard, Charles and Dennis; his parents-in-law, Geraldine Winter, Roger Jacquays, Robert Jacquays, Thomas Jacquays and Angelo "Tiny" Jacquays; his child Springfield; his friend Rev. Robert Wollaber; and also, Donna Ray, Beth Colburn and Bill. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
