She is survived by: her husband Charles Hlavenka; her brother Terence Connolly (Carol); her siblings-in-law, Richard Hlavenka (Judith) and Olga Cendroski; her children, Alan (Susan), Lorraine Biundo (Joseph) and Eileen Orefice (Joseph); her grandchildren, Megan Norman (Cody), Ensign Thomas Hlavenka, Kayla Orefice, Tara Orefice and Mia Orefice; and her great grandchildren, Sadie Norman and Gavin Norman.
