He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Georgianna Winegard (Lorett) and Louis Winegard; his significant other Loretta Kennedy of Mrs; his grandson Dakota Winegard; his sister Betsy Hoyt; his children, Timothy Winegard (Jeneen) of Greenville, Melinda Mullen (Scott) of Surprise and William Winegard (Laura) of Greenville; his siblings, Loretta Kiley and George Winegard; his grandchildren, Austin Winegard, Corey Winegard and Shianne Winegard; and also, Zoe Mullen, Connor Mullen, Jenee Winegard and Brianna Winegard.
