He is survived by: his children, Brenda Caldwell (Gordon), Zack Schubert and Shannon Humphrey; and his siblings, Frank Sledzianowski Jr., Peggy Lynch, Fred Sledzianowski (Rose), Bernice Jordan and Debbie Lackie (David). He is also survived by six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
