He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Victor Foland and Norma Gladys Brown Foland; his sons, Joseph Foland of Middleburgh, NY and Gregory Foland of Middleburgh, NY; his siblings, Karen Palmatier, Hal Foland, Heather of Canajoharie, NY and Jeffrey Foland of Idaho; and also Wade Palmatier. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
