He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, E. Sumner Cook and Lucille G. Cook of Merrick, NY.; his wife Maureen; his children, David, Sharon, Kevin and Brian; his son-in-law Robert Letwins; his grandson Robert Letwins; his sister Carolyn Naujoks of Flammersbach; and his brothers-in-law, Wilfried Naujoks, Edward Wittekind and Paul Sainsbury. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of sending flowers, a donation can be made in Ted's name (Edwin S. Cook) to the American Cancer Society.
