She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Matusak and Rose Matusak (Majewski); and her siblings, Raymond, Leonard, Francis, Joseph, Rose Marie, Bernadine Tabelski and Arlene Stevenson.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Barber (Clifford) of Medina, NY and Mark J. Potrubacz of Gasport, NY; her grandsons, Jeremy J. Russo (Melissa), Benjamin J. Russo and Gary A. Barber (Karen); her great grandchildren, Blake, Kennedy, Anna Marie Rose, Brooks, Paxton, Jaxson and Delaney Grace; and her cousin Gloria Kuhn of Albion, NY.
