He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter O'Kussick and Sophia O'Kussick (Shubuck); and his siblings, Joseph O'Kussick (Agnes), Leon O'Kussick (Rose) and Marion Dubay (John).
He is survived by: his wife Felicita O'Kussick; his children, Deborah Doherty (Kevin), Tony O'Kussick (Ronell) and Michael O'Kussick (Gina); his grandchildren, Caitlin, Matthew Doherty, Hunter O'Kussick, Ryan Onart, Charlie, Danielle Ricci and Amber O'Kussick; and his great grandchildren, Colt, Carter and Charlee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
