She is survived by: her children, Maureen Gayah-Ramsawack, Carol Gayah, Nadira Gayah, Taran Gayah and Kelvin Gayah; her grandchildren, Wendy, Vijai, Anthony and Sheldon; her son-in-law Ramaish; her daughter Sylvia Gayah (Rooplall Gayah); and also Mela.
