He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Esther Armstrong Baker; and his brother George McCumber. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Ginny" McCumber; his children, Amy Danta, Timothy McCumber (Micha), Jill Thaisz (Peter), Jason McCumber (Katie) and Tara Plumadore; his grandchildren, Breanna Danta, Marissa Danta, Robert Danta, Nikolas Danta, Justin Danta, Aiden McCumber (Chris Austin), Madison McCumber, Mikayda Eastman, Benjamin Thaisz, Connor Thaisz, Cameron McCumber, Jase McCumber, Anthony Yuret, Adriana Yuret and Ariana Yuret; his great grandchildren, Barrett Austin and Wesson Austin; and his siblings, Thomas McCumber, Burt McCumber (Dorothy), Harold McCumber (Teresa), Shirley Porter (John) and Willie Baker (Darlene). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
