He was predeceased by: his parent John R. Palmer. He is survived by: his daughter Aubrey Palmer; his mother Deborah Palmer; his sisters, Tiffany Paul (Jesse) of Maybrook and Kelly Lacrosse (Bill) of New Orleans, LA; his uncles, Edward Palmer Jr. (Evalyn) of St. Augustine and Douglas Gardner (Dorothea) of Wappinger Falls, NY; his grandmother Joan Palmer of St. Augustine; and also Brittney Peiffer of Highland, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews & cousins.
