She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Jacobs and Stella Jacobs (Larue); and her siblings, Clark, Garfield, June, Leona, Betty and Alberta.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Hector Bouvier; her daughters, Janice Duprey of Ogdensburg, Carol Livingston (Jon) of Summerfield, Judy Stenlake (Jeff) of Massena and Amy Wilder (Kevin) of Ballston Spa; and her grandchildren, Kodi, Alyssa, Chelsy, Nicole, Jacob, Nicholas, Andrew, Ketryk and Siena. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing may consider donations be made in Arlene's memory to St. Mary's Church in Potsdam, Church of the Sacred Heart in Massena, Helping Hands of Potsdam, or a charity of one's choice.
