It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carmen Richard Sorvillo of Massapequa, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victory Day and Philomena Sorvillo; and his sister Carol Fitzgerald (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Heather Horstmann (Peter), Victoria Weidemann (Klaus) and Gina Sorvillo (Dan Garone); his grandchildren, Peter Jr., Abigail, Chloe and Daniel; and his sister Linda Padell (Jeff). He is also survived by uncle and aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and longtime friends.

All CDC recommended guidelines will apply to everyone entering the building; face coverings must be worn at all times, social distancing throughout the premises, limited physical and interaction.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation (http://www.tunnel2towers.org) would be appreciated.
