He was predeceased by: his wife Catherine; his children, Paulette Willemsen and Paul Jr.; his grandson Richard Billings Jr.; and his siblings, Eugene Mooney, Pansy Nelson and Tootsie Mooney.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lynda Billings (Richard Sr.), Laura Storey (Jerry), Kathy Boerman (Jeff Bixby) and Peggy Dentico (Robert); and his sisters, Flora Lee Taylor, Linda Sue Curry and Mary Lou Mooney. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
