She was predeceased by: her husband Paul Meade; and her parents, Kenneth Acker and Mary Van Acker. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Dye (David Hoppe) and Heather Fraser (Mark); her grandchildren, Olivia, Emmalee Dye, Tristan Hoppe, Hannah and Sydney Fraser; and her brothers, David (Susan) and Allan Van Acker (Cheryl). She is also survived by many extended family members and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Nancy can be made to the Rochester Police Foundation or Anthony Poselovich Foundation.
