He was predeceased by: his wife Agnes Siracusa Bays; his parents, Morgan Bays and Ruth Bays; and his sisters, Eleanor Lister (William) and Joan Stanton (Robert).
He is survived by: his grandparent Lockport; his children, Mark Bays (Lori) and Danielle Bays; his siblings, Charles Bays (Diane) and Eileen Tweedie (Hugh); and also, Washington Hunt, John Pound and Roy B. Kelley.
