He was predeceased by: his wife Dolores A. Salerno; his daughter Tiffany Salerno; his parents, Josephine Salerno and James V. Salerno; his stepmother Jackie Salerno; and his parents-in-law, Martha and Albert Heald.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Salerno, Danielle Cooney (William), James (Deanna) and Terry Salerno; his grandson Jonathan Cook; his brothers, John (Dolores B.), Charles (Gail) and Larry Salerno (Esther); and his sisters-in-law, Ruby Heald-Frey (Larry) and Valorie McDonald (Steven). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
