Francis Hoban Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Francis Hoban (Marion, New York), born in New York, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his husband Maxwell Hoban; his children, Michael Hoban, Philip Kiernan, Albany, Lynne Kiernan, Duanesburg, Scott Kiernan (Mary Lee), Francis Hoban, Jr. (Jessica) and Wynantskill; his grandchildren, Krystina Plekan, Jerrod Plekan and Bruce Michael Plekan (Kirsten); his great grandchildren, Isabelle Plekan and Abigail Plekan; and his great-niece Courtnie Finkell (Erik). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be held Friday at 9AM at the funeral home and at 9:30AM at St. Jude the Apostle Church Wynantskill where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Anthony Ligato, officiating.Interment will be in Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery Glenmont.In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Francis J.
