He was predeceased by: his parents, John Costigan and Edna Costigan. He is survived by: his partner Laurie Snyder; and his daughters, Cassandra Pittman (Jason) and Ashley Ricks (Derek). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 sisters, 2 nephews and many friends.
