He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn; and his sister Barbara Scheuch. He is survived by: his children, Dale Smith (Diane), Lori DellaPenna and David Smith (Kelly). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-granddaughters; nieces and nephews.
