She was predeceased by: her parents, Rose Forrestal and Raymond Forrestal; her former husband Joseph; her child Thomas Burns; her foster daughter Juana Torres; and her brothers, Raymond, Richard and John.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Burns, Liz Burns (late Kalevi Hoite), Gerry Burns (Harvey Cavayero), Jeanne Burns Marino, Paul Burns (Lois), Edward Burns (Christine) and Cornelia Geraghty (Ciaran); her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Andrew, Daniel, Maeve, Abigail, Brian, Patrick, Michael, Alex, Emma, Liam, Quinn, Cole, Catherine and Anna; her great grandchild Mariel; her grandson-in-law Joe Burns; and her husband Joe. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
