He was predeceased by: his father Donald LaBrake. He is survived by: his mother Marie LaBrake (Lamitie); his wife Terry Lamica; his children, Joseph LaBrake (Angel Lavare) of Malone and Jannell Meacham (Marci) of Massena, NY.; his sister Dawn Marie LaPlant of Malone, NY.; and his grandchildren, Karina, Erick LaBrake, Lynden Webb, Ryan Delgado, Lucan Lavare, Deanna, Karla and Liara Konkowski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Donations may be made in his memory to the S.P.C.A.
