It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn E. Blair (Malone, New York), born in Constable, New York, who passed away on December 23, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Rousell and Ida Mae Rousell (Spinner); her husband William J. "Jack" Blair; her son William Blair; her son-in-law Vaughn Fisher; her granddaughter Amanda Fisher; and her siblings, Kenneth, Lawrence, Peter Rousell, Elizabeth Boadway, Florence Tavernier, Agnes Avery and Kathleen Yaddow.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Lee Fisher of West Monroe, NY; her daughter-in-law Ginger Blair of Malone; her grandchildren, Matt Fisher of Syracuse, Peter Blair of Malone and Brianna Collins of Malone; her great grandchildren, Mandalee and Evan Fisher; and her brother Joseph Rousell of Westville.
