He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton W. and Donna M. Warren Cook, Sr.; and his siblings, Clayton Cook, Jr. and Melissa Burl. He is survived by: his children, Chris Cook of North Bangor, NY., Daniel Cook, Jr. of Malone, NY., Tasheena Goodreau of Malone, NY. and Karisa Cook of Malone, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
