She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Taylor and Rita Taylor (Smith); her husband Patrick W. O'Keefe of Joseph's Church; her son Michael O'Keefe; her son-in-law Scott Tulip; and her great grandchild Owen Paquin.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Gervais (Scott) of Malone, Patrick O'Keefe Jr. (Penny) of Malone and Taylor Tulip of Malone; and her sisters, Candy Breen (Gary) of Malone, Barbara Paye (Greg) of Malone and Michelle Denny of Malone. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
